Mindful Outdoor Experiences

As our life and work move increasingly online and indoors, spending time in nature and with the “more than human world” is increasingly more important for health and wellbeing.
The Whisper of the Woods Mindful Outdoor Experiences involve slow, gentle walks in nature, during which we practice present-moment awareness as we absorb the sights, sounds, smells, and textures of the forest. These experiences also include a nature meditation and time to connect and share as a group. Participants do not have to be “outdoorsy” or athletic in order to participate. These experiences are gentle, move slowly and do not cover a lot of ground.

Love Offerings will be accepted with 100% going to maintain the land on which we walk, or to other not-for-profit organizations.
